How To Use:

• Step 1: Fill the silicone mold with water or your preferred liquid mixture. Do not fill completely as water expands when frozen. 
• Step 2: Place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours. 
• Step 3: Remove from freezer and allow to thaw for a few minutes  or rinse under warm water to loosen the mold. 
• Step 4: Apply to skin in gentle circular motions every 30 seconds. 
• Step 5: Prepare a dry towel nearby as water droplets may form during use.
