HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped you 
will receive an email notification 
containing your tracking number and 
a link to track your package.

You can track your order using 
any of the following methods:

METHOD 1 — EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Check your inbox for your shipping 
confirmation email from SereneDepot. 
This email contains:
Your order number
Your tracking number
A direct link to track your package

If you cannot find your shipping 
confirmation email please check your 
spam or junk folder.

METHOD 2 — CARRIER WEBSITES

Once you have your tracking number 
you can track your order directly 
on the carrier website:

FedEx: www.fedex.com/tracking

DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Not Arrived:
If your package has not arrived within 
the estimated delivery window please

We will work with the carrier to 
locate your package and resolve 
the issue as quickly as possible.

Package Marked Delivered But 
Not Received:
Please check around your property 
and with neighbors first. If you 
still cannot locate your package 
please contact us within 7 days 
of the marked delivery date.

Damaged Package:
If your package arrives damaged 
please take photos immediately and 
contact us within 30 days of delivery. 
We will arrange a replacement or 
refund at no cost to you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I never received a tracking number. 
What should I do?
A: Please allow 1 to 2 business days 
for your order to be processed and 
shipped. If you still have not received 
a tracking number after this time 
please contact us at

Q: My tracking shows delivered but 
I have not received my package. 
What should I do?
A: Please check around your property 
and with neighbors first. Then contact 
us within 7 days and we will 
investigate immediately.

Q: My tracking has not updated in 
several days. Is my package lost?
A: Tracking updates can sometimes 
be delayed by carriers. Please allow 
an extra 2 to 3 business days. If 
there is still no update please 
contact us and we will look into 
it right away.

Q: Can I change my delivery address 
after ordering?
A: If your order has not yet been 
shipped we may be able to update 
your address. Please contact us
